Shipping

Within Australia

Elaine Dee offers complimentary standard shipping and returns within Australia. For our standard shipping service the expected delivery time is between 2 to 12 business days. All our deliveries are carbon neutral. 

We also offer express delivery within Australia with Australia Post for a cost of $25 (AUD). The expected delivery time is 1-2 business days. (Express delivery covers 80% of Australian addresses, operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres.)

Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed (Monday to Friday) and dispatched, and on dispatch shipping times will be confirmed. 

Elaine Dee is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by the shipping company.

International deliveries may be subject to import taxes and duties. The customer is responsible for paying this on arrival.

Returns

If you would like to arrange a return or exchange, please email info@elainedee.com with proof of purchase within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please ensure your items are returned new, unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. The item must not be altered or laundered, and must not be damaged or marked.

We recommend trying on your items in a clean space and taking care to ensure that no makeup marks the garments. Returns that do not meet our returns policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. 

Refunds 

    We offer refunds on full priced items. We do not offer refunds on any initial shipping charges made by you (for example Australian express shipping, international shipping or international returns). 

    Once the returned item is received and reviewed, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the item meets our returns policy guidelines, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.

    Gift cards cannot be returned. 

    Sale items are eligible for exchange or store/site credit. 

    Exchanges

    If the size of the garment or something is not quite right, we offer one free exchange per order.
